Warranty

All Studio Reform reformer Pilates machines are supplied with a 1-year limited warranty, covering manufacturing faults under normal use.

This warranty applies from the date of delivery.

What the Warranty Covers

The 1-year warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship, including:

  • Structural components of the reformer frame

  • Mechanical parts supplied with the machine

  • Manufacturing faults identified during normal use

If a fault is confirmed, we will, at our discretion:

  • Repair the affected component, or

  • Replace the faulty part, or

  • Provide an alternative remedy where appropriate

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or incorrect setup

  • Damage resulting from unauthorised modifications or repairs

  • Commercial misuse outside intended design specifications

  • Consumable parts subject to regular replacement (such as springs, ropes, or straps)

  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect performance

Care & Maintenance Requirements

To maintain warranty coverage, reformer Pilates machines must be:

  • Used in accordance with provided care and maintenance guidelines

  • Stored in a dry, indoor environment

  • Regularly inspected and maintained

  • Used within the recommended weight limits for the specific model

Failure to follow care instructions may void the warranty.

If you believe your reformer Pilates machine has a warranty issue, please submit an enquiry through our contact form with:

  • Proof of purchase

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos or videos where relevant

We will review your claim and respond with next steps.

Australian Consumer Law / NZ Consumer Guarantees Act (recommended)

Nothing in this warranty limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (NZ).
This warranty is provided in addition to your statutory rights.
